We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you are welcome to return it and we will issue you a 100% store credit refund for the purchase price of your order (the amount paid before shipping and after any applicable discounts).
Please note that we will not issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.
If an item you order from us doesn't fit, don't worry, we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted.

Returns and Exchanges are only eligible if the item is unused, unwashed and has not been altered in anyway.
You will be responsible for the return postage on all returns and exchanges. Store credit will be issued once the return items have been received back to Psilocentric.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately.
